Brufen (Ibuprofen 400mg)

Anti-inflammatory painkiller for muscle pain, joint inflammation, and fever reduction.

Adults: 1 tablet 3 times daily with or after food. Maximum 3 tablets in 24 hours. Indicated for mild to moderate pain, inflammation, rheumatic conditions, muscular aches, dental pain, and dysmenorrhoea.

Active: Ibuprofen 400mg per tablet. Inactive: Lactose monohydrate, maize starch, hypromellose, sodium starch glycolate, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, sucrose, titanium dioxide.

Take with food to reduce stomach irritation. Not recommended for patients with stomach ulcers, severe kidney or liver disease, or aspirin-sensitive asthma. Avoid during the third trimester of pregnancy. May increase cardiovascular risk with prolonged use. Consult a doctor if you have high blood pressure or heart conditions.
