Broad-spectrum antibiotic for treating bacterial infections including respiratory and urinary tract infections.
Adults: 500mg every 8 hours or as directed by your doctor. Take with or without food. Complete the full course even if you feel better. Indicated for upper and lower respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, and dental infections.
Active: Amoxicillin trihydrate equivalent to Amoxicillin 500mg per capsule. Inactive: Magnesium stearate, sodium starch glycolate, gelatin capsule shell (contains titanium dioxide, erythrosine).
Prescription required. Not suitable for patients allergic to penicillin or cephalosporins. May cause diarrhoea, nausea, or skin rash. Inform your doctor if you have kidney disease, mononucleosis, or are pregnant/breastfeeding. Discontinue and seek medical help if you develop severe skin reactions or difficulty breathing.
