Pregnacare Original Vitamins

Comprehensive prenatal vitamin with folic acid, iron, and vitamin D for healthy pregnancy support.

Take 1 tablet daily with your main meal and a cold drink. Start taking from conception (ideally before) and continue throughout pregnancy. Do not take on an empty stomach. Swallow whole; do not chew.

Active: Folic Acid 400mcg, Iron 17mg, Zinc 15mg, Vitamin D 10mcg, Vitamin C 70mg, Vitamin B1 3mg, Vitamin B2 2mg, Vitamin B6 10mg, Vitamin B12 6mcg, Vitamin K 70mcg, Magnesium 150mg, Copper 1mg, Selenium 30mcg, Betacarotene 2mg. Inactive: Bulking agents, anti-caking agents, tablet coating.

Do not take with other supplements containing vitamin A (retinol). Do not exceed recommended dose. If you are on any medication, consult your doctor before use. Contains iron which may be harmful to children in large doses. The betacarotene in this product is not recommended for smokers.
