Omega-3 Fish Oil 1000mg

High-purity fish oil capsules supporting heart health, brain function, and joint mobility.

Adults: Take 1-2 softgels daily with meals. For cardiovascular support, 1 softgel daily is sufficient. For joint support or inflammation, 2 softgels daily may be recommended. Best taken with food to reduce fishy aftertaste.
